We invite you to carefully read the following terms and conditions, which govern the methods of booking, payment, cancellation, and stay at our facility.
1. BOOKING
Booking can be made by contacting us directly via email, WhatsApp, or telephone.
To confirm the booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required as a confirmation deposit. The booking is considered effective only upon receipt of the deposit.
2. PAYMENT
Confirmation deposit: 30% of the total amount, to be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
Remaining balance: to be paid upon arrival at the facility, by cash or card via POS.
Instant or deferred bank transfers upon arrival are not accepted.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation: up to 14 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations beyond the deadline or no-show (failure to show up): the 30% of the total amount will be retained as a penalty.
4. BOOKING CHANGES
Any changes to the stay dates are subject to availability and must be agreed upon at least 14 days in advance. We cannot guarantee the possibility of rescheduling the stay.
5. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out: by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Guests are kindly asked to communicate their arrival time in advance as check-in is in person. It is not possible to arrive at the facility after 7:00 pm.
6. HOUSE RULES
The facility is non-smoking.
Events or parties are not allowed.
Guests are required to respect the peace and quiet, especially in the evening hours.
It is forbidden to host people not registered at check-in.
7. PETS
Small dogs are allowed, upon request at the time of booking. A final cleaning fee may be required.
8. USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL
The pool is open every day from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. The use of a swimming cap is not required.
Responsible use of common areas and respect for other guests is recommended.
9. TOURIST TAX
For all stays from April 1st to September 30th, the Municipality of Sirolo applies a tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per night, to be paid on site upon arrival.
Possible exemptions are provided as established by the current municipal regulations.
10. LOST & FOUND SERVICE
Lost and found items within the facility will be kept for a maximum period of 30 days from the check-out date.
To retrieve them, guests can:
- come to the facility in person,
- arrange a pickup by courier at their own expense.
Casa Mansoor does not directly handle the shipping of lost items.
11. LIABILITY
Casa Mansoor is not responsible for any damages, losses, or theft suffered by guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the facility or furnishings.
12. PRIVACY
The data provided by guests will be processed in compliance with current privacy regulations and used exclusively for purposes related to booking and the stay.
